Priced on port calls and berths. No per-seat licence, no implementation fee.
Every planner, foreman, agent and pilot at your terminal gets an account. You pay for the quay you plan and the calls you put through it. Contracts are annual, billed monthly, in euros, with a 60-day exit for cause.

Questions
The ones procurement asks first.
What counts as a port call?
One vessel, alongside once. A shift from berth to berth inside the same visit is not a second call. A cancelled call that never made it to the board is not counted at all; a call that arrived and left is, whatever happened in between.
Is there an implementation fee?
No. Onboarding is in the contract: two weeks remote for a single terminal, four weeks with an engineer on site for multi-terminal. That covers the berth model, the tide station, the crane pool, your EDI partner list and the first two weeks of parallel running against your existing plan.
Can we start on one quay and add the rest later?
Most terminals do. Felixstowe South ran Quayside on two berths for a quarter before moving the whole quay across. Berths are added mid-contract at the additional-berth rate, pro rata to the month.
What happens if the allowance is exceeded?
Calls above the allowance are metered at €4.20 (Terminal) or €3.60 (Multi-terminal). Nothing stops working and no one is asked to approve anything. If you go over three months running we will tell you and move you to the plan that costs less.
Do you charge for users?
No. Planners, foremen, shift managers, agents and pilot stations all get accounts, because a plan only one person can see is the problem we sell against.
Where does our data live, and can we get it out?
In the EU by default, in Amsterdam, on encrypted volumes; Multi-terminal and Port Authority contracts can name another region. Everything you put in comes out over the API or as a nightly CSV drop to your own bucket, including after the contract ends: we keep an export available for 90 days.
What is the exit?
Annual contracts renew annually, with 60 days’ notice either way. For cause — a missed uptime commitment two months running — you may leave with 60 days’ notice at any point and we refund the unused months.
